Since its creation, Dolmen has owed its growth to the skill shown by its teams. Teams are invested, responsive and collaborative, and commit themselves day after day to the local shops and businesses that have put their trust in us. A team revolving around common fundamentals: listening skills and customer-orientation, sharing efforts and successes, a desire to go always further, etc.

Our goal is to promote a responsive and collaborative organization, where each person shares the company’s projects, the same customer culture, and collaborates to do their part.
